Our Team

Gibraltarian-born and bred with further studies conducted in the UK at college in Cambridge and Kings College, London University, graduating with a BA (Hons) in 1989. Upon graduating, Jonathan returns to Gibraltar in that same year and starts FORM-A-CO (GIBRALTAR) LIMITED.

The foundations for the business vision allowed the firm to prosper, and now, over 35 years later, the business enjoys full licensing and regulation by the Financial Services Commission in Gibraltar. Jonathan still oversees the management of the firm; retaining executive responsibility for all of the firm’s compliance and regulatory led initiatives; the incorporation of Gibraltar Experienced Investor Funds and serving on the Board of such Funds as a regulated EIF Director.

Jonathan particularly enjoys offering personalised small business start-up advice and managing his firm’s Company Secretarial/Registered Office and Trust Administration services; offering guidance to applicants seeking Gibraltar fiscal residency and advising on the registration of vessels under the British Part 1 Registry.
